Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Free standard shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States using UPS Ground® or UPS® Ground Saver. Faster UPS services are available at checkout at the customer’s expense.
Warranty coverage varies by model: Standard — 90 days, Pro — 180 days, and Heavy Duty — 1 year from the original purchase date against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exclusions and conditions in our Limited Warranty Policy.
Normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, and use outside the product’s intended application are not covered as manufacturing defects.
