Warranty Coverage

MECSIL products are backed against defects in materials and workmanship under the warranty terms applicable to the specific product. Coverage, duration, and available remedies may vary by product, listing, and the circumstances of the claim. Any specific warranty terms stated on a product page, marketplace listing, written warranty, or order documentation are part of the applicable warranty for that purchase.

What May Not Be Covered

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to normal wear, consumable components, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended application.

Serviceable by Design

Many MECSIL components are individually replaceable. Our goal is to help customers resolve service needs efficiently and reduce unnecessary downtime whenever practical.

Requesting Warranty Support

Before returning a product, contact MECSIL Tools so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps. Photos, serial information, proof of purchase, marketplace order information, or other details may be requested to evaluate a claim. Do not ship a product back unless return instructions have been provided by MECSIL Tools or by the marketplace through which the order was placed.

Marketplace Orders

MECSIL aims to keep warranty information consistent across our direct store and supported sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, Facebook / Meta Marketplace, and Google Shopping. Marketplace return, refund, buyer-protection, and claim procedures are separate from the MECSIL product warranty and may provide additional rights or required steps for a particular transaction.

For orders placed through Amazon, eBay, or Facebook / Meta Marketplace, customers should follow any claim or return workflow required by that marketplace when applicable. If the marketplace listing, checkout, order confirmation, or platform policy provides terms that are specific to that transaction, those transaction-specific terms will apply in addition to any rights provided by the MECSIL warranty.

For products discovered through Google Shopping and purchased directly from MECSIL Tools, this Warranty Policy and the warranty information shown on the applicable MECSIL product page and checkout documentation govern the product warranty. If a Google Shopping listing routes the customer to another supported marketplace, the applicable marketplace procedures also apply.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that a customer may have under applicable law or mandatory marketplace buyer-protection rules.

eBay Warranty Disclosure

For eBay listings that include a warranty, MECSIL will provide the applicable written warranty terms in the listing or make the written warranty available to the buyer upon request, consistent with eBay warranty requirements.
