1. Delivery Coverage
We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military APO/FPO addresses.
We also offer international shipping to selected countries.
International shipping availability may vary based on product type, destination, and local import regulations.
2. Carriers Used
Our primary shipping partner is UPS. In rare or specific situations, we may also use FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service) for certain domestic or international deliveries.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.
Shipping times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Mecsil Tools is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
8. Signature Requirement (if applicable)
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure receipt by the authorized party. This requirement cannot be waived.
