Mecsil Tools LLC uses UPS as its primary carrier for orders shipped from our U.S. operations. Our goal is to provide clear shipping options, reliable tracking, and delivery expectations that remain consistent across our website and third-party marketplaces.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

If a product listing, marketplace checkout, order confirmation, or sales channel displays a specific handling time or ship-by date, the commitment shown for that specific order will apply.

Free Standard Shipping — 48 Contiguous United States

Mecsil Tools offers free standard shipping on all direct website orders placed through mecsil.tools and delivered to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

There is no minimum order value required for free standard shipping.

Free standard shipping is provided using:

• UPS Ground®, or

• UPS® Ground Saver

The shipping service may be selected by Mecsil Tools based on package characteristics, destination, and UPS service availability.

No separate shipping, handling, or packaging fee is charged for standard shipping on qualifying destinations within the 48 contiguous United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not included in this free standard shipping offer.

When shipping is available to those destinations, the applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout and paid by the customer.

Customers may select a faster UPS shipping service at checkout when available. Any expedited shipping upgrade is paid by the customer.

Faster UPS Shipping Options

Customers who need faster delivery may select an expedited UPS shipping service at checkout when available.

The additional shipping charge will be displayed before the order is placed and is paid by the customer.

Available expedited services may include:

• UPS 3 Day Select®

• UPS 2nd Day Air®

• UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® — commercial addresses only

• UPS Next Day Air Saver®

• UPS Next Day Air®

• UPS Next Day Air® Early

When a customer pays for a specific expedited service, Mecsil Tools will use the selected service or, when necessary, an equivalent or faster service at no additional charge.

Mecsil Tools will not intentionally substitute a slower service for a paid expedited shipping service.

International and Other UPS Services

Where international or non-contiguous U.S. shipping is offered at checkout, available UPS services may include:

• UPS® Standard

• UPS Worldwide Express®

• UPS Worldwide Expedited®

• UPS Worldwide Express Plus®

• UPS Worldwide Saver®

Availability depends on destination, package characteristics, and UPS service area.

Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import-related costs, if applicable, are handled according to the terms displayed at checkout or by the marketplace through which the order was placed.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout or on a marketplace order are based on:

• Order processing time

• Destination

• Selected carrier service

• Carrier network conditions

• Marketplace delivery calculations

Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees unless the carrier or marketplace expressly identifies the service as guaranteed.

Tracking

Valid UPS tracking information is provided for shipped orders and uploaded to the applicable sales channel when the shipment is processed.

Tracking information may take a short period of time to display movement after UPS receives or scans the package.

Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the delivery address submitted at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address before placing the order.

Address changes after an order is submitted may not be possible, particularly for orders placed through third-party marketplaces.

When required by a marketplace or payment-security rule, an order may need to be canceled and placed again using the correct address.

Signature Confirmation and High-Value Shipments

Mecsil Tools may require signature confirmation for:

• High-value shipments

• Fraud-prevention purposes

• Carrier requirements

• Marketplace requirements

• Other reasonable security purposes

Signature requirements may vary depending on the order value, destination, payment method, or applicable sales channel.

Marketplace Orders — Amazon, eBay, Facebook / Meta Marketplace, and Google Shopping

Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, Facebook / Meta Marketplace, Google Shopping, or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to the:

• Shipping service displayed for that order

• Handling time

• Delivery promise

• Tracking requirements

• Buyer-protection requirements

• Marketplace-specific shipping rules

If a marketplace listing, checkout page, or order confirmation differs from this general Shipping Policy, the terms displayed for that specific marketplace order will govern.

Mecsil Tools will honor the shipping service purchased or selected by the customer and the handling commitment displayed for that order.

Amazon Orders

Amazon orders are subject to the shipping and fulfillment commitments displayed by Amazon for the specific transaction.

Mecsil Tools will provide valid tracking and fulfill seller-shipped orders according to the applicable Amazon handling and delivery requirements.

Where Amazon provides or controls a specific delivery promise, that promise will govern the Amazon transaction.

eBay Orders

For eBay orders, Mecsil Tools will ship within the handling time displayed in the applicable listing or order.

The shipping service selected or purchased by the customer will be honored.

Mecsil Tools will not intentionally downgrade a paid shipping service.

Valid tracking information will be uploaded as required by eBay.

Facebook / Meta Marketplace Orders

Where a purchase is completed through a Meta-supported commerce or marketplace process, the shipping terms, delivery expectations, and buyer protections displayed for that transaction may also apply.

If a customer discovers a Mecsil Tools product through Facebook or Instagram but completes the purchase directly on mecsil.tools, the shipping terms displayed on the Mecsil Tools website and checkout will govern the direct order.

Google Shopping / Google Merchant Center

Shipping rates and delivery estimates displayed through Google Shopping or Google Merchant Center are intended to reflect this Shipping Policy.

Free standard shipping applies to all direct website orders delivered to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States using UPS Ground® or UPS® Ground Saver. No minimum order value is required.

Faster UPS services may be selected at checkout at the customer's expense.

Shipping availability, cost, handling time, and delivery estimates shown on the product page and checkout are intended to remain consistent with the shipping information provided to Google.

The final destination eligibility, shipping method, and any paid shipping upgrade selected at checkout will govern the order.

Carrier Delays

Weather, transportation disruptions, peak-season volume, natural disasters, operational disruptions, or other carrier-network events may affect delivery after a package has been accepted by UPS.

Mecsil Tools remains responsible for dispatching orders within the handling commitment displayed for the order and will assist customers with tracking or carrier-related shipment issues when reasonably necessary.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact Mecsil Tools as soon as possible.

We may request information such as:

• Order number

• Tracking number

• Photographs

• Delivery details

• Packaging photographs

• Carrier documentation

Mecsil Tools will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with UPS or the applicable marketplace.

Marketplace buyer-protection rules may also apply to marketplace orders.

Cancellations

Order cancellation availability depends on the status of the order.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been processed for shipment, or has been handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order can no longer be canceled, an eligible return may be handled according to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Marketplace orders may be subject to different cancellation rules imposed by the applicable marketplace.

Returns

Shipping-related return procedures are governed by the applicable Mecsil Tools Return & Refund Policy.

For customer-preference or buyer-remorse returns, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.

For qualifying defective products, incorrect items, or errors caused by Mecsil Tools, shipping arrangements may be handled according to the applicable return, warranty, marketplace, and legal requirements.
