1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date the item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or alterations are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
2. How to Start a Return

Reason for the return;

Photos (if applicable).
You will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. In some cases, the return shipping cost may be the customerβs responsibility.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and the packaging.

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase confirmation. After that time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
