1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date the item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or alterations are not eligible for return or refund.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at mecsil@mecsil.com or through the customer service section on our website, providing:

• Order number;

• Reason for the return;

• Photos (if applicable).

You will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. In some cases, the return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and the packaging.

• Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards;

• Final sale items;

• Custom or personalized products.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase confirmation. After that time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
